What makes a great hosting company?

It is a question that is still asked time and time again.
A great hosting company, is the same as any company that is considered “great.” What do those companies have in common?
Customer service is the big ticket when grading the “omfg this service is awesome” of a Company, especially in the overly competitive hosting industry.
Here’s a few questions that you should ask yourself about your current hosting provider:
Does your hosting provider treat you like a human being or a number?
Does your hosting provider charge you obscurely for services that don’t make sense?
Is your hosting provider running out of a one bedroom apartment that constantly has service interruptions? Networks Inc,
Does your hosting provider align with your core brand?
And lastly…Would you call your hosting Company to come and hang out and chill?
And if you simply don’t care about the above, well than suit yourself, but any vendor you work with essentially represents who you are so keep that in mind!
